How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open the Premium screen and tap Restore. Sign in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy Premium. Restoring is free and does not charge you again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in the store, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

• iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions → Korean Alphabet & Phrases → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Korean Alphabet & Phrases → Cancel subscription.

Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Open the Premium screen and tap Privacy choices at the bottom. The link appears where Google's consent rules require it, for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. More in the Privacy Policy.

How do I reset my progress?

Progress is stored only on your device, so resetting it means removing the app's data:

• Android: Settings → Apps → Korean Alphabet & Phrases → Storage → Clear storage (or uninstall and install again).
• iPhone and iPad: delete the app and install it again.

This cannot be undone. Your Premium subscription is not lost: tap Restore on the Premium screen afterwards.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Lessons, audio and images come with the app, so you can study without a connection. You need the internet to buy or restore Premium and to watch rewarded ads.
